The signature ritual is a fusion of various massage techniques and reflexology. The treatment will commence by smudging with white sage around you and the area of the treatment couch. Burning white sage is an age-old ritual known as smudging, used to cleanse negative stagnant energy, it's like an energetic shower and a perfect way to start your treatment. After the smudging ritual, your feet will be, cleansed with a refreshing wash.
The body massage will commence using your preferred Neals Yard Organics pre-blended aromatherapy oil, working on your every need from your face and scalp to your feet. The treatment will be completed with reflexology leaving you feeling restored and rebalanced.

Geranium and Orange Body Scrub and Balm
This full-body exfoliation will smooth dull or dry skin. Once you have showered after the invigorating body scrub a vitamin-rich, body balm is applied to the skin to nourish and hydrate, leaving you with the uplifting and reviving aroma of geranium and orange essential oils.

The back is deeply cleansed and exfoliated with the uplifting and reviving geranium and orange body scrub. A skin-nourishing, soothing oil is then massaged into the back. This oil contains a blend of calming bergamot and geranium essential oils, helping to melt away any tension in the back and calm your mind. Body Detox
Naturally designed to detoxify, this hands-on treatment will loosen fatty tissues and smooth the skin's surface. Light body brushing helps to flush and cleanse the body of any impurities. This is followed with a full body massage using Neals Yard Organics Detox Oil, which contains lemon and black pepper, to help stimulate and tone the skin.
The full body massage includes an abdominal massage to aid digestion and help with bloating and reflexology to encourage the detoxing process. To complete the treatment a firming body cream is applied to areas of concern. This body cream contains a potent blend of organic green coffee, marine algae and oat kernel extract. Helping reduce the appearance of dimpled skin, refining and smoothing the silhouette.
